Raspberry & Blueberry chia seed jam

Ingredients:
120g frozen raspberries
120g frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 heaped tablespoon chai seeds
3 tablespoons water
Method:
Add the frozen fruit, vanilla extract and cinnamon to a saucepan.
When the fruit starts bubbling add the chia seeds and stir well.
Heat over a low temperature, stirring regularly.
Once the water from the frozen fruit has been absorbed and evaporated add the tablespoons of water.
Heat until the added water is absorbed by the chai seeds and has evaporated to a consistency you want.
Serve immediately warm or leave for later.
